Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani Ambassador in Jordan and pluralistically in Iraq Elman Arasli has discussed the issue on possibility of holding first meeting of Azerbaijani-Iraqi Intergovernmental commission with Foreign Minister of Iraq Labid Mejid Abbavi.

At the meeting the sides discussed issues of organization high level bilateral meetings, possibilities for bilateral cooperation, exchanged opinions on issues of Iraq restoration.

E. Arasli also met Iraqi Prime Minister’s Counselor for Political Affairs George Bakos. They discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation development in political, economic and humanitarian spheres and shared opinions on specific proposals of the sides , inter-political situation and the events in the region.
