Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank has got the right to launch placement of the third issue of the registered book-entry unsecured bonds.
The Azerbaijan State Securities Committee (ASSC) reports that the bonds issue prospectus registered on 19 November under state registration number AZ200300868 permits the Fund to issue 60,000 bonds with par value of 1,000 manats each. Thus, the AMF will be able to raise 60 million manats.
Currently the second issue of the AMF bonds is under placement.
The Azerbaijan State Securities Committee (ASSC) registered the bonds issue for AZN 75 million on 30 December 2009. 75,000 registered book-entry unsecured bonds were registered with par value of AZN 1,000. Profitability of bonds is 3.25%.
