Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is still involved in the process of development of the mortgage market in Azerbaijan.

The Project Office informs that Victor Mintz, the manager of IFC Azerbaijan and Central Asia Primary Mortgage Market Development Project is visiting Baku currently.

"The purpose of his visit is review of progress of the project directions, in particular on the preparation monthly property market newsletter conforming to international standards, and on development of system of certification of appraisers of real estate market for mortgage," the Project Office says.

The certification system was developed and introduced with IFC Project assistance, the newsletter is being made with its support.
