Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Property Management Committee has conducted a session devoted to results of Jan-Apr 2009.

Committee’s chairperson Kerem Hasanov said that for this period they continued updating work on about 20 standard and legal documents regulating privatization and state property management.

“For the last four months it was privatized around 250 small enterprises and sites and close to 190 land areas. It was established 4 joint stock companies. In connection with sales of stocks it was conducted 16 contests in which it was privatized 21 JSCs. It was also ensured payment of dividends to State Budget by 40 JSCs on stocks belonging to the government,” Hasanov said.

Three enterprises (Jeyranbatan Sutikintitajhizat OJSC, Imishli Yol Tikinti-6 OJSC and Republican Stomatology Centre OJSC) privatized through contests pass into the ownership of their new owners.
