Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Property Management of Azerbaijan keeps on post-privatization support of domestic enterprises.

According to the Committee, the consultants hired for technical assistance to restructuring and privatization development of enterprises of a range of industries have finished their work.

“Technical assistance was rendered to approximately 50 enterprises of textile, clothing, agriculture and food industries.

Besides assistance to the enterprises on separate industries, the consultants prepared overviews and recommendations on restructuring of industry and individual character.

The Committee is analyzing this data to initiate government’s consideration of prospects of concrete financial support in restructuring of industries and enterprises for improving their competition,” the State Committee said.

Earlier the consultants suggested selective restructuring of privatized enterprises with state support. Overall expenditures on these goals were expected to be up to AZN 200-300 million, but not compulsorily the government should made them.

Such companies as Finre Сonsulting, Metrika, ASPI Consulting Engineers were attracted to consultations.
