Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on ensuring activity of the State Commmittee for Property Affairs.

The Presidential Adminisration’s press service informs that the decree endorsed the Regulation on the State Committee for Property Affairs, the list of structures in the table of the Committee and the Regulation on State Register Service under the State Property Committee.

“The decree also commissions to set up a centre to organize tenders and auctions on the basis of a similar centre of the former State Property Management Committee and approve its Regulation. In addition, the SCPA should found a centre for cadastre and technical inventory and a centre for information technologies & information management,” it was reported.

The decree also endorsed 726 full-time offices for the Committee’s staff and organizations under his authority.

The Cabinet was charged with solving all issues of Committee’s finance support within one month. During two months the Cabinet should also bring the available legislative acts in compliance with the decree.
