Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Property Affairs implemented the forecast on state property rent-charge by 110%.

The Committee says that for Jan-Jul 2009 nearly 490 sites of state real estate and land areas were rented to individuals and legal entities.

“At the same time close to 560 tenants were sent out letters warning about a rent-charge debt. For Jan-Jul of the year country’s budget received approximately AZN 3 million from all types of rented state property sites,” the Committee informed.

For the last 7 months individuals and legal entities carried out 5,000 payments for state property rent through computer-controlled system.
