Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Property Affairs has announced results of investment competition for sale of a sports complex “Metallurg”.
The State Committee reports that individual Taleh Babayev has been recognized a contest winner through open voting.
" T. Babayev has paid AZN 100.000 to state budget and undertook to invest AZN 350.000 to sports complex for 3 months ",- the report says.
The starting value of investments in the complex was AZN 265,625.
The claimants should submit a banking guarantee for 5% of investment proposal cost which should be at least AZN 265,625. The claimants’ proposals were assessed on 2-6 March.
The complex is located in the city of Ganja (add: 6, T. Arani Street). It has neither staff nor assets nor liabilities.
