Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan which failed to complete privatization of state property observes now a rapid rise in the number of state-governed enterprises and organizations.

The State Committee on Property Issues informs that in 2011 the country numbered 211 enterprises with state participation in the authorized capital, and by 1 April 2012 there were already 293 such enterprises. For the first quarter it was carried out inventory of 91 of them versus 58 in 2011.

At that, by early 2012 the roster of state property was included 6,280 state-owned enterprises, and by 1 April 2012 it included 6,393 companies, its 6,232 branches and 135,760 real estate facilities.
