Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Property Affairs has announced an investment competition for sale of a sports complex for the second time. The competition subject is Salyan urban sports complex.

The State Committee reports that both local and foreign investors can take part in the contest.

"The starting value of investments in the complex is AZN 109,595," it was reported.

The claimants should submit a banking guarantee for 5% of investment proposal cost which should be at least AZN 30,000.

Besides, the investor should also present a proposal for transfer of AZN 100,000 to State Budget.

The competitor can get more information at 10 am – 5.30 pm until 18 June 2012 at the address: 20, Yu.Safarov Street, Baku. Documents and bids from the competitors are received at 10 am – 5.30 pm until 18 June 2012. The tender commission will begin estimating the bids starting from 4 pm on 20 June 2012.

The complex is located in the city of Salyan (add: 57a, G.Z.Taghiyev Street). It has neither staff nor assets nor liabilities.
