Baku, Fineko/abc.az. State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has started development of a 5-year Strategic Plan.

The Committee reports that the Strategic Plan will cover all spheres of committee services ( including service standards) , development of human resources, technical plans, IT strategy, options of single financing for achievement main tasks, as well as development of corporate strategy for provision of stable high quality services to society.

" Within the plan development it is expected to improve management in the committee, apply effective and transparent activity mechanism, develop business plan of real property registration and cadastre system, as well as development of service standards ",- the report says.

In addition, development of proposals on application of institutional changes in the committee, introduction of researches in human resources management and development is planned.

The committee has already determined itself with international consultants on 5-year Strategic Development Plan development and annual Action Plan development to last for a year.
