Baku, Fineko/abc.az. At the expanded meeting of the Collegiate State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan summed up results of the activity in the first half of 2012.

The State Committee reports that according to its Chairman Kerem Hasanov by 1 July 140153 real property facilities of 12.875 state enterprises (6.384 enterprises and their 6.491 branches) were included in state enterprises registry.

" In the first half of the year 270 state property facilities were given for rent to individuals and legal entities and 537 earlier signed rent contracts were prolonged ",- K. Hasanov noted.

Rent of 229 state land plots was formalized in half a year.
