Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azersu, Azerbaijan’s operator of water supply and sewage system, has announced pre-qualification of contractors for construction of wastewater treatment plants in the Yevlakh, Barda and Naftalan cities within the framework of project "Water Supply & Sanitation in Small Cities” realized jointly with JICA.
Azersu reports that the work includes construction of a wastewater treatment plant in each of the three cities: with daily capacity of 14,456 cu m in Yevlakh, 10,854 cu m in Barda, and 4,542 cu m in Naftalan.
Claimants must open an irrevocable deposit of AZN 150 or $200. The expression of interest and bids will be accepted until 10 August.
