Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Metro stops locomotion of trains on its newest line in connection with which residents of Baku’s northern suburbs and Khirdalan and Sumgait cities will lose access to subway services.

The Metro Directorate says that locomotion on open line between Inshaatchilar and Darnagul stations will be closed from 10 pm on 9 August to 6 am on 13 August for repair work : the trains will go back from Inshaatchilar station.

As a result 20 January ( Sumgait Bus station is located near it), Ajemi (buses moving between Baku and Masazir, Bilajar and other settlements stay near it), Nasimi, Azadlig ( buses to northern suburbs of Baku and Absheron district settlements ) and Darnagul stations will be " kicked out" for almost a week.

Baku Metro offers the passengers to use other routes. But that is almost impossible- only 3 buses move in the direction of Baku centre to Azadlig, 20 January and Ajemi stations forming the basis of  traffic center. At that, even without that constant traffic jams are observed in this direction.
