Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has opened the process of submission of annual financial report in electronic form for non-governmental organizations.

The Ministry says that reports made on national accounting standard in compliance with form established by the Cabinet Ministers are accepted until 1 April. E-reports (format: Exel, Adobe acrobat (PDF)) can be sent to e-mail: qht-hesabat@maliyye.gov.az.

Earlier NGO representatives were against introduction of such form reporting as it strengthens state surveillance over civil society.
