Baku, Fineko/abc.az. This October State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) transferred $93.165 million to country’s State Budget and $9.055 million to the State Social Protection Fund in accordance with exchange rate by November 1, 2007.

For January-October period 2007 SOCAR transferred AZN 879.195 million (AZN 79.191 million in September) and AZN 64.260 million (AZN 7.697 million) to State Budget and the Fund respectively.

“This October SOCAR transfers to State Budget exceeded last October index by 30.9% and for January-October 2007 by 40.9% against the 2006 relevant term. This October transfer to the SSPF has proved by 42.5% more than the last October figure and the January-October 2007 transfer by 50.6% more versus the 2006 same period index,” SOCAR reports.
