Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is prepared for taking part in regional infrastructural projects in Azerbaijan.

EBRD Regional Director for Caucasus, Moldova and Belarus Paul Henry Forester says that EBRD is interested in participation in infrastructural projects in Ganja.

“We consider opportunity to participate in implementation of the project in sphere of municipalities and reconstruction of roads in Ganja. If such project is defined, we are ready to be involved in it,” P. Forester said.

Presently, investments of EBRD into Azerbaijan in sphere of transport, energy industry, natural resources and municipal sector total $567 million for 10 projects.
