Baku, Fineko/abc.az. A regular meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of Government is opening in Yalta, Ukraine.

Azerbaijani government’s source said that the country’s delegation to participate in the Council’s session will be led by first vice premier Yagub Eyubov.

“Today he is to fly to Ukraine,” the source said.

A day before the session was deprived of its main intrigue – expected gas squabbles between Russia and Ukraine. Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Timoshenko claimed that relations between its country and Russia were mapped out for 10 years forward, and since 2010 payment for transit (to crown European consumers’ joy) will double.
