Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Only from the 16th attempt the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has succeeded to place state medium-term bonds for the second time in 2010. The first placement turned out successful from sixth attempt on 16 April.
The Baku Stock Exchange informs that on 25 April one investor submitted an order for purchase of the SMTBs issue with state registration number 10801627S.
The order volume conformed to the announced volume of the issue (3 million manats), and offered price – 100% of the face value of SMTBs that provides 4.5% of annual profitability.
Under MoF decision, the order was met fully. The maturity date of the issue with circulation period of 1092 days is 21 June 2013.
The Finance Ministry plans issue of SMTBs for 100 million manats in 2010, has already set out 16 issues for 35 million manats for sales and placed only 5 million manats at the expense of full placement of two issues.
