Baku, Fineko/abc.az. By Order №07 Labor and Social Protection Minister of Azerbaijan Fizuli Alekberov has endorsed " Rules of training course organization on extended education and professional training of job-seekers".

Under the Order, State Employment Service and General department are charged to solve the issues following the order. General supervision over the rules implementation has been charged to Deputy Labor and Social Protection Minister Natig Mammadov.

The rules assume development of specialized professional training courses on the basis of curriculum approved by Education  Ministry of Azerbaijan.

Financing of the courses organization will be carried out at the expense of the funds given to State Employment Service from state budget. The structure of course funds includes salary of teachers, industrial education masters and members of examination commission, as well as expenditures for social insurance, transport, etc.

The welfares to be given to citizens, participating in training courses, will be exempted from VAT and simplified tax.
