Kazakhstan expanded and extended the ban for oil products export up to January 1

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Kazakhstan has left the world market of petroleum products until January 1, 2009.

The Kazakh Government’s enactment says that according to the additions and amendments made to the decree of May 19, 2008 on “Introduction of a Temporarily Ban for Benzine and Diesel Fuel Export”, this ban has been extended from September 1, 2008 up to January 1, 2009. Besides, from September 1 it was introduced the ban for stove fuel export. The ban introduced on June 1, 2008 and for initial term (till September 1, 2008) is explained by the purposes to stabilize domestic market of oil products.
