August 26, Fineko/abc.az. According to the results of January-July 2022, payments from 13 out of 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan increased year-on-year.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the statistical report of the Central Bank. During the specified period, the payments of 5 out of 20 companies decreased, and the United Insurance Company Aqrar Sigorta OJSC and Meqa Həyat Sığorta did not record the dynamics of payments. According to the report, Bakı Sığorta OJSC is the company with the highest payouts over the past year.

This company paid 1.458 million manats for 7 months, which is 3.2 times more than 1 year ago. AzSığorta OJSC is the company with the lowest payments.  This company’s payments amounted to 4.755 million manats, up 3.5% year-on-year.
