Banks that paid profit tax ahead of schedule

September 1, Fineko/abc.az. 10 out of the 26 banks operating in Azerbaijan have paid profit tax ahead of schedule, without waiting for the end of the year.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are as follows: Kapital Bank, Azerbaijan International Bank, PASHA Bank, Bank of Baku, Bank Respublika, Xalq Bank, Express Bank, Azerbaijan Industrial Bank and Günay Bank, and Yapi Kredi Bank Azərbaycan.

The above-said banks paid a total of AZN 91.8 million of income tax to the State Budget for Jan-Jun 2022. In this regard, the highest figure was recorded on Kapital Bank (AZN 36.4 million) and the lowest one on Günay Bank (AZN 187,000).
