SOFAZ doubles sale of currency at auctions

September 2, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of foreign currency sold by the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan in August 2022 at currency auctions has been made public.

ABC.AZ was informed at SOFAZ that last month foreign currency for $440.5 million was sold.

In July 2022, SOFAZ auctioned currencies for a total of $212.3 million. Thus, in August, compared to July, the volume of currency sales increased by 2.08 times.
