ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the letter of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Elizabeth Truss.

"British companies are successfully operating in the country and are involved in the implementation of a number of important projects, including BP, which is a reliable partner of Azerbaijan in oil & gas production. Long-term and productive cooperation in the energy sector, which is one of the priorities of our cooperation, plays an important role in ensuring global energy security," the letter says.
