ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund that speech is about a private residential building with total area of 453.2 sq m, located at address: Baku, Khazar District, Buzovna Settlement, Viktor Seregin Street, House 1.

The property is valued at 154,000 manats. The auction participants must pay the auction organization a deposit of 5% of this amount.

And the purchase price must be transferred to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
