AzeSteelCompany bonds are listed at Baku Stock Exchange

October 6, Fineko/abc.az. AzeSteelCompany’s bonds for totally AZN 1.5 million were  included in the listing in the standard market segment on 4 October 2022 in accord with the BSE Listing Committee’s decision.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE that the number of interest–free unsecured non-documentary bonds is 1,500 units, the nominal value of each is 1,000 manats, the annual interest rate is 10%, circulation term is 24 months, the maturity of coupon interest is 90 days.

The placement of these bonds will be carried out by auction at the BSE.

Placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company.
