Rate of foreigners visiting Azerbaijan increased by 118% for September

October 6, Fineko/abc.az. The number of foreigners who arrived in our country in September 2022 has been announced.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tourism Agency that 158,803 foreigners visited Azerbaijan last month (118% more versus September 2021). So, in September 2021, 72,688 people visited our country.

And over Jan-Sept 2022, 1,162,949 foreigners visited Azerbaijan. Compared with the same term 2021, an increase of 126% was recorded. So, for the past 9 months of 2021, 515,280 foreigners visited the country.
