June 7, Fineko/abc.az. Analytical agency Turstat has published the rating of CIS resorts, that are popular among Russian tourists this summer.

"Resort Burabay (Borovoe) in Kazakhstan, the Issyk-Kul Lake in Kyrgyzstan, the Naroch Lake in Belarus, Bilgya beaches of Baku city on the Caspian Sea coastline in Azerbaijan and the Sevan Lake in Armenia are in Top 5 of popular holiday resorts," Turstat said.

According to Turstat, Russian tourists come to the resorts of the CIS countries to rest in the summer for the period of 7 to 14 days.

Rest in the resorts of the CIS countries will cost from $50 to $100 per day. The cheapest rest is in Issyk-Kul ($50) and the most expensive is in the resorts of Bilgya on the Caspian Sea ($100). Holidays on the Naroch Lake resorts is $75 a day. Russian tourists come to the resorts of the CIS countries from Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, southern Urals and Siberia.
