U.S. not to buy Russian oil for this reason

December 6, Fineko/abc.az. The U.S. Administration will not purchase Russian oil to replenish the country's strategic reserves, White House’s press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre stated.

ABC.AZ reports that she noted that the U.S. imposed in March a ban on imports of oil, petroleum products, LNG and coal from Russia as part of tougher sanctions in connection with the conflict in Ukraine.

Along with this, the EU suspends the acceptance of Russian oil transported by sea. At that, the G7 countries, Australia and the EU have imposed a $60 limit on shipping.
