June 14, Fineko/abc.az. Within the framework of the 8th Caspian international exhibition “Road Infrastructure and Public Transport” Road and Traffic 2018 held in Baku Expo Center, chief of the State Road Transport Service Habib Hasanov met with the heads of bus terminals. During the meeting, they were issued with passports in order to continue their activities on legal grounds.

It will be recalled that according to the “Regulations on bus terminal and bus station”, every bus terminal (bus station) must have a passport in accordance with the activity category.

The meeting participants exchanged views on the problems that may arise in passenger transportation, discussed the issues of preventing illegal ticket sales, the attraction of buses to bus stations, route schedules, etc.

Moreover, a preliminary agreement was reached on the provision of relevant support by the State Road Transport Service to Ismayilly and Gabala bus terminals in applying preventive measures against carriers engaged in illegal activities.
