Base oil price in Azerbaijan’s budget 2018 to rise by $10

June 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani government has raised the base price of oil envisaged in State Budget 2018.

Finance Minister Samir Sharifov stated that during the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship the base oil price stipulated in State Budget 2018 has been increased by $10 up to $55.

"As a result of increase of the base price by $10, it will be provided additional transfer of AZN 5.6 bn to the budget of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (Sofaz)," the minister emphasized.
