July 4, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani Railways (ADY) has announced delays in the movement of regional trains in connection with restrictions in the supply of electricity.

ADY reports that Astara-Goradiz-Baku train arrived in due time today, while train Beyuk Kesik - Baku arrived half an hour late. Other trains also arrive late.

"Baku-Sumgayit-Baku trains will operate on schedule today. To prevent the density of passengers, two-group trains will be released on the railway line during the day," ADY said in a statement.

Problems with energy supply are linked with the accident at the Mingachevir Thermal Power Plant, which has caused the blackout of the territory of entire country twice – at night from 2 to 3 July and in the evening on 3 July.
