Baku has hosted a meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey Mixed Commission on International Automobile Relations.

The Ministry of Transport, Communications & High Technologies informs that in the meeting Azerbaijan was represented by State Road Transport Service’s head Habib Hasanov and Turkey by head of the Directorate-General of Road Transport Regulation of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs & Communication Saim Elcioglu.

"During the meeting the sides discussed the current state of international road transport between Azerbaijan and Turkey, exchange of statistical data, the problems of motor carriers and ways of their solution. It was also approved a quota of forms for issuance of permits for road carriages and prospects of development of transportation by road," the Ministry said.

At the end of the meeting the parties signed the Final Protocol.
