Central Bank placed short-term notes for AZN 300 million

August 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held today an auction on placement of short-term notes.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that on 8 August the CBA offered the notes with state registration number 50100970S in the amount of AZN 300 million for 28-day period.

The 15 investors submitted 27 orders for totally AZN 704,698 million. The investors gave AZN 99.3812 for the notes (yield: 8.01%).

In accord with the CBA decision the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 99.3812 (yield: 8.01%) and the weighted average price was equal to it. As a result, the short-term notes for AZN 300 million were placed.

The maturity date of the notes is 5 September 2018.
