September 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani president allocated AZN 4.8 million for the construction of a highway in Shamkir district of the country.

The official website of the head of state says that on 4 September President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on measures concerning the construction of Shamkir-Abbasli-Narimanli road in the district.

"State Budget 2018 will allocate AZN 4.8 million to the State Motor Road Agency of Azerbaijan from public capital investment expenditures for

construction of road Shamkir-Abbasli-Narimanli, connecting eight settlements with the population of 71,000 residents," the country’s presidential order says.

The Ministry of Finance will undertake the financing procedure, while the Cabinet Ministers solution of the issues arising from the order.
