Industrial Corporation founded in Azerbaijan

November 7, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the creation of the Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation (AIC; Azeri acronym ASK).

In accord with the decree, the Corporation’s Supervisory Board will consist of five people to be led by the CEO. The authorized capital and assets of the Company will be formed due to the property transferred in the ownership of the Industrial Corporation from bad assets (debts) of CJSC Agrarkredit (a company of the International Bank of Azerbaijan).

In compliance with the other presidential orders Kamran Nabizadeh has been appointed the CEO of the newly-established Corporation and Natig Amirov - the chairman of the AIC Supervisory Board.
