September 13, Fineko/abc.az. Individuals and legal entities will now be able to pay online rent by plastic card. This opportunity is provided by e-service "Payment of rent on the state property lease agreement", created by the State Committee on Property Issues. 
This online payment service can be used by individuals and legal entities, public authorities and municipalities. Information on the rent of state property or on debt obligations can also be obtained through the relevant system.
To use this e-service you need to enter the web page of Committee’s e-services (www.e-emdk.gov.az).
In addition, the Azerbaijani citizens can also get information about the rent or debt obligations through service 9193 SMS.
