Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin made speech at opening of 9th Russian-Azerbaijani Interregional Forum

September 27, Fineko/abc.az. The official opening ceremony of the 9th Russian-Azerbaijani Interregional Forum has been held today.

Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Vladimir Putin of Russia attended the opening ceremony of the event and delivered speech there.
