Speaker is upset: Azerbaijani MPs don’t want to learn English

October 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani parliament’s speaker Ogtay Asadov expressed today his disappointment on the occasion of unwillingness of MPs to learn English.

The speaker said that free English language courses have been organized for the MPs certain time ago.

"Unfortunately, the MPs show no interest in this course. Only 3 or 4 MPs have taken part in those courses," the speaker emphasized.
