October 10, Fineko/abc.az. Yesterday, the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE reports that on 9 October the bond issue with ISIN-code AZ0105015694 for AZN 30 million and circulation term of 728 days was placed.

The six investors submitted the 10 orders for totally AZN 43.8 million. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 93.0697 for the bond (yield: 12.0000%) to AZN 101.8365 (7.0000%).

Under Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 100.1817 (yield: 7.9000%) and the weighted average price at AZN 101.8035 (7.0177%).

As a result, the bonds for AZN 30 million were placed.

The maturity date of the bonds is 6 October 2020.
