Azerbaijan introduces use of mobile residence

October 24, Fineko/abc.az. Presentation of the mobile residence has been held in Baku today.

Azerbaijan is the second country after Estonia where mobile residence is used.

Thanks to the mobile residence, which provides for issuance of e-resident status to non-residents of ASAN imza, the non-residents will be able to register a company in Azerbaijan within one day.

Kestutis Jankauskas, the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, and ISESCO’s CEO Abdulaziz Osman Al-Tuveijri have become the first e-residents in Azerbaijan.
