Finance Minister: Country’s capacity in question of social mortgage aren’t endless

November 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani government is considering a possibility to expand the coverage of social mortgage.

Finance Minister Samir Sharifov has stated that social mortgage coverage is large, but the government is trying to broaden its coverage even more.

"But it should be noted that the government cannot do so endlessly. State Budget 2019 envisages AZN 162 million for social mortgage and separately financing for military personnel, families of those who were killed in the war, IDPs," the minister said.
