Azerbaijan and EU to develop tourism cooperation

December 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and the European Union (EU) will hold negotiations about cooperation in the field of transport.

Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Kestutis Jankauskas stated that high-level talks will be conducted in Baku next February.

"We’ll discuss development of cooperation on all types of transport, including on aviation cooperation. The question of transportation via the East-West corridor will also be discussed. Transport cooperation will give impetus to the development of relationships in the field of tourism. The EU is interested in increasing the tourist flow to Azerbaijan," he said.
