Azerbaijan’s head took part in opening of a new bitumen plant at Baku refinery

December 21, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the ceremony of opening of a new bitumen plant and a liquefied gas filling station built within the framework of the first phase of the reconstruction and modernization project has been held at the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery of Baku.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.
