Azerkosmos` revenue from sale of telecom services exceed $25 million

February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerkosmos’ services were exported to 24 countries in 2018.

The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications reports that Azerkosmos’ income from commercial operation of two satellites in 2018 amounted to $25.6 million.

Company's income from export of services for the reported period made up 87% of the total income of Azerkosmos.

In December 2018 Azerkosmos exported services for $1.6 million to 16 countries.

Azerkosmos' revenues from services export increased by 12% for the past year versus 2017.

The main countries that use the resources of Azerkosmos are France, UAE, Georgia, Germany, Malaysia, etc.
