Prices for land plots in Baku have increased

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The prices on the land market of Baku have grown.

Nusret Ibrahimov, CEO of consulting company MBA Group, has stated that in October the prices in the land market rose by 1.61% versus September and by 4.71% compared to the 2016 same term.

"The rise in prices is linked with changes in the structure of portfolio of this segment of the market, as in the summer mainly land plots in suburban villages and towns were offered for the market, and now only expensive land plots remained in the market. A rise in land plot prices is not ruled out for the winter," Ibrahimov said.
