February 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold government short-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE reports that on 19 February the bond issue with ISIN code AZ0104002743 for AZN 25 million and circulation term of 364 days was placed.

The 22 investors submitted 30 orders for totally AZN 114.637 million. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 91.7846 for the bond (yield: 9.0000%) to AZN 93.5000 (6.9901%).

Under Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 93.2756 (yield: 7.2488%) and the weighted average price at AZN 93.3026 (7.2176%).

As a result, the bonds were placed for AZN 25 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 18 February 2020.
