February 27, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee on Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has created an electronic service to compare prices in transactions on purchase/sale of housing.

The Committee reports that the service is called "information on contract housing prices" and provides information on approximate market prices.

"The service is available on Committee’s portal of services (e-emdk.gov.az). The service provides housing prices even in different periods of time and you can even find out there the terms of housing construction, area, number of rooms in the requested area," the SCPA said.

The Committee also renders evaluation services on all types of real estate for individuals and legal entities in accordance with national and international standards.

Evaluation is conducted on the basis of the information base collected in the Market Information Bank, where information about all officially certified transactions is gathered.
