Toyota becomes a shareholder of insurance company in Azerbaijan

March 1, Fineko/abc.az. Toyota Absheron Center has become a shareholder of Azerbaijani insurance company Baki Sigorta.

Financial Market Supervision Chamber informs that a deal on acquisition of shares of the insurer was carried out in October 2018.

"Toyota Absheron Center acquired 1,449 shares of the insurance company in the amount of AZN 1,101,240 and received a 16.8% equity stake in the capital," the Chamber reported.
